As LingoAce expanded globally, their website had outgrown what it was built for. I led the full design effort, rebuilding the IA, design system, and end-to-end UX. The result: a 32% increase in conversions and nearly 4 million class sign-ups in North America

MOODY'S

Reimagining the end-to-end credit lending journey

Co-lead Designer · 6 months · 2021

CreditLens helps credit analysts evaluate commercial loans but the workflow was fragmented and manual. I helped map the end-to-end lending journey and co-created a North Star prototype that shaped the product vision. It's now a core part of the Moody's Lending Suite.
